How to fix a drowned GS800?

HELP PLEASE!

Are there any links to how to fix a drowned GS800? Wouldn't know where to start, on the plastics its pull out the air filter and spark plug and flip it etc.

If there is no video can anyone give a few pointers please, i have searched high and low all over the net and cannot find anything on how to fix a drowned bike on the go...
