How to remove scratches from your screen

So if you already know this...sorry né

Lets say your screen looks like this:

Then you start off by sanding the deep scratches out with some 400grit.

Next use some 1200 grit sanding paper and water for a hazy finish like this:

I'm not sure why I tried this but next off you use some Brasso and polish the area. This seems like an important step so make sure you put some elbow grease in. I didn't leave it on the screen for too long, I'm afraid it will be too aggressive on the screen.

After cleaning it off you'll have a finish that is still a bit hazy. Make sure you buff it nicely.

Lastly get some car polish. I'm not sure what polish this is. I got from the valet place. Once again put some effort in.

Then you buff the polish off and there you go:

The whole screen took me just under 30min.
