HP2 front rim buckled, repair possible ?

This morning I drove to work on the Hoespoep, when I realized a vibration on the front wheel. I slowed down to a crawl and saw my front wheel is buckled. At work I put the front of the bike on a jack and spin the wheel by hand.

The rim moves about 5 t0 10 mm if you measure on the side wall of the rim.

Question is, can this be fixed or am I in for a new rim ???

I honestly don't know how it could have buckeld as I have not hit anything solid at speed, bar the couple of speed humps on Bridles pass...
