My friend Martin Gibson did what most of us would love to do!!!....Resigned his job, bought 10 hectares of "Bush" just outside Barberton on the Nelspruit road and decided to start a nice adventure campsite. This all happened two weeks ago, needless to say, still a long way in the making. We cleared a fair size area, put up a "main" building (concrete floor, steel structure, corrugated roof) which will serve as the bar and braai area for now. The plan is to have a "spitbraai" on Saturday 28 January to start off what is eventually going to be a nice getaway for us adventure riders. Some of us will pitch our tents and stay over for the night, for free!!!!!
For you guys that might plan a ride in our area, pop in, bring your tent and rough it up with us if you want, no charge.
