Info needed please - Trip up to Malawi

We are a group of 8 leaving 29/06 to 14/07/2013 for
Potchefstroom - Botswana - Namibia - Zambia - Malawi - Mozambique - Zimbabwe - Potch

BUT now lots of queries about other requirements needed.... Please help

Do we need 1. Police clearance
                 2. Reflective vests
                 3. International driver license
                 4. Fire extinguisher
                 5. Warning triangular / s
All other paperwork and medical vaccinations in place.
