I think JP Smith and his traffic police are asking for a snot clap. Zapped into town on the bike today for a bit of coffee and brekkie with a friend at the Truth cafe cult (Somerset road), parked on the pavement outside, came back to the bike all like you know relaxed, only to find I had been slapped with a R160 fine for "not parking in a designated space". Are they seriously going to go down this route again??? Went down to the traffic dept to throw my toys out the pram and tell them off...had to fill in a form and waiting to hear back from them. They say however that they were responding to a complaint...only person who could have complained must have been the owner of the Truth Cafe...we hear you boet, we hear you.
