Items of gear for a new owner and rider

Can you please list the items in terms of sequence of purchasing keeping in mind that I have a bike and a Helmet. going to ride tar to get to gravel to get to the farm and then to get to the veld.

I am not a person that believes in getting all the gadgets just because I can, there need to be value and practicality to it.
