So under a year ago, after I had saved up for long, I spent a few thousand rand on the IXS adventure jacket.
Not long after I got it I noticed the collar around the neck getting a bit frayed.
Then after a few months of gentle weekend use I see the material is heavily frayed and tearing in places.
After putting it off for a while, we always do, I get around to taking it back to the "reputable" bike accessory shop that I got it from.
It even took a few days to find the slip to ensure the jacket was still under a year old.
To get to the point the shop says IXS told them it is wear and tear and I must pay to have it fixed.
Over four thousand rand jacket has wear and tear issues after being worn 50 times, maybe? Not even a year old?

What do I do now.......
The shop says it will wait and try again but I am not a patient person and want my jacket back for the weekend! ???
