EXTRACT from Cape Enduro - this event was an absolute blast last year and quite a few Adventure bikers took part - here are details or see the entire post on https://www.cape-enduro.co.za/viewtopic.php?t=1167&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=45
Route - the marked route has a bit of everything in it and views over the valley are spectacular. What IS important is that the more difficult sections have an A and B route especially for beginners.
Accommodation - not much left at this stage close to Jason's Hill Estate but you can try The Calabash or the local tourism office or hop onto the net and Google accommodation Worcester / Rawsonville. Else, start time is "late" compared to normal so there is plenty time to come out for the day.
Cost - R 150.00 per adult - kids will be R 100 and there is a kids track set out where they can ride all day long.
Entry form - will be posted next week on Cape Enduro
Start Time - Two by Two from 10:00 ( the first Curry Cup semi final starts at 15h00 so plenty time to have a great ride )
Food and drink - The Estate's kitchen will be open and food is available all day long .... Jason's Hill will have wine tastings and chilled wines for sale and SAB will be there - beer tents with plenty TV's for rugby.
Prizes - this is a Fun Event and there are no entry classes BUT there will be 'heaps' of prizes for all.
Medical - full medical assistance with ambulance will be on site should they be required.
