Johannesburg to George/Mossel Bay - December 2015

Newbie wants to do a road trip from JHB to George and back in December. Have done a fair amount of offroad and an ADA Course since getting the bike in June. Any suggested routes? Also not in a hurry to get there.

Anyone want to come along? Not lus to do it alone.
