Kaalvoet vrou monument and Retiefpass (West of Bezuidenhoudts pass)

Please have a look at the attached picture.

Red route,    this is a short-cut running all along the water canal, is it open to ride?
Green route, looks like a gravel road running to the Kaalvoet vrou monument and it looks open?
Blue route,    also called Retiefpass, I have heard that this runs on private ground and the owner is not bike friendly?

Please advise.
