R22,500 per person.  1 - 12 June 2019 (This is the actual riding time and you should in addition allow for a day to fly to Windhoek, and a day to fly back, if you are flying.)

This is what you can expect -  https://youtu.be/VGzUPneQrfM
This includes the following:

- All the accommodation fees in Namibia
- All tents, stretchers, camping chairs
- All cutlery & crockery
- All meals
- Fresh water
- Ice when available (90%) of the trip
- Cold drinks
- Snacks
- Backup and recovery vehicles
- Medical officer
- Aerial evacuation arrangements with Evacuation Company. (You need to notify your medical aid of your intention to ride in Namibia)
- Fuel for your bike in the areas where no fuel is available - with the understanding that you fill your bike where it is available. (budget around R1000 for it)
- Daily briefing on the route for the day.
- Tracks and routes (depending on your prefered format) uploaded to your GPS.
- Tools.
- Compressors.
- Puncture repair equipment.
- Satellite phone (For emergencies in the remote areas, where there is no wi-fi, and if you need to re-asure the plaintiff that you are in fact still alive)

We will also assist in getting your bike to Namibia and back wherever possible for a small fee. We are based in Loxton and Pretoria and riders that fly to Windhoek will have to get their bikes to us.
We will set up a whatsapp group for the people that has confirmed, to discuss matters relating to the trip (ride share to Namibia, flight arrangements for those wanting to fly etc.)

These trips are not races. It is a true dual sport adventure in one of the most beautiful, and fascinating places on earth. The average rider will in all likelihood stop and take pictures 20 times a day. If you are the type of rider that calls days stages, this will not work for you. You will also need some skill/experience in sand and technical riding.

You will have to ride with a camel back, and take rehydrates daily, as dehydration becomes your worst enemy in the desert.
