Karoo casual ride in October

Want to do a 3-day Karoo ride on my XL500S during October - not interested to see how fast it can be done, want to leisurely tour and NOT camp (too much luggage then). Looking at Montagu - Touwsriver - Tankwa - Middelpos - Williston - Carnarvon - Loxton - Fraserburg - Merweville - Laingsburg - Anysberg - Montagu. Sleeping in Middelpos and Fraserburg or Merweville? Any suggestions re actual roads to take (and distances and fill-up places as tank only holds 10 litres) and places / attractions to see and stay? Suggested map? Thanks.
