The fastener kit to turn the KLR650 (KL650A and KL650E) into a decent bike 
is now available! :cheers:
It contains everything to get rid of crappy quality philips bolts on handlebar switch & control units, windshield & screen, various plastic covers.
It also contains nylos nuts for the drive chain adjusters, 8mm hi ten bolts for the rear subframe and the footpegs and R-clips for the wheel axles to replace the pathetic splitpins.
Everything is high grade stainless steel whereever possible. Everything has allen heads except the front brake fluid reservoir cap screws (Philips stainless, nothing else available)
The high ten steel bolts are cadmium plated for corrosion protection.
The full kit of 46 items is R240 for the old KL650A and R175 for the 2008ff KL650E plus postage and comes with a "what goes where" sheet.
You need to add a 13mm spanner and 3mm and 4mm allen keys to your tool kit.
I can do downscaled kits if someone has drilled out the subframe mounts already and can e-mail a list of all parts included if you have replaced some already.
Kits for other bikes on request / demand.
