My KLR radiator sprang a leak 100 k's from anywhere this weekend. Fortunately I was travelling in a group with a backup trailer.
Be warned of the fact that the radiator guard can chafe into the top or bottom tanks. My guard had been bent/offset, probably to stop it rattling. The pics tell the story (cant see them in preview, hope they show)
