Ok, after pretty much ruining my front road tyre after riding it 30kms with a flat (don't ask), I am having to speed up my plans for fitting 'real' tyres on my 650GS. I have a few questions:
1) Which brand is a good all-rounder for sand, mud, rocks or any other rough terrain?
2) How quickly does it wear on tar? (weekly commuting on tar, weekends mostly offroad when possible)
3) What kind of price range will I be looking at?
4) Where do I buy enduro tubes? Something that is a little tougher than standard?
5) Suggestions on where to buy tyres in the CT Northern Subs? Can BMW get them for me? I will need someone to put the tyres on for me since I am too mechanically challenged to want to try it myself. I was thinking to ask if BMW would do it since I also want to have a tracker fitted & have my bike checked out.
