Our fearless leader, BMWPE decided to go show Joel (BMW Salesman PE) a piece of heaven up in the Langkloof, so we shunt off from PE to Humansdorp on the old slab. Enjoy Coffee at the Wimpy and moved on up Kloof to have a really lekker breakie at Kraaltjie just outside Joubertina. Then onto the good stuff, we turned east into the Kouga Wilderness.

My stead.

Having enjoyed the loop ride through this really magic part of our woods, we returned down the Langkloof and went off to Boschfontein, on the old R102  intersection near the N2, to enjoy a drink or two. With the afternoon sun sinking toward the east, BMW PE indicated a route through a local forest. I was game, but Joel, opted to make a Bee-Line for PE and home, so BMW PE and myself went up the mountains again, and did some real technical riding through these beautiful forests.
This is a shot from on top of the forests against the mountain, looking toward the dairy pastures and coastline in the distance.

After this magnificent section, and the shadows starting to creep long-ways, we headed home, arriving in PE at dusk.
A truly lovely day , enjoying our bikes, and the country side.
Thanks everyone.
