KTM 1290 Super Adventure Fuel Consumption.

Good day all. 
I am now on my 3rd KTM and know that fuel consumption is not the reason for owning one... 

But I have recently started to notice that my avg consumption is between 9l and 10l per 100km in the city. This might just be that I notice it since price per litre hase crossed the R18 per litre. 
On the open road and on trips I get between 8 and 9 loaded with panniers. 

Is this normal? And what are you getting?
