I have been wanting to get back into the "wilder" side of riding (Enduro) for a while and have been offered a 2001 KTm 250 EXC.
Bike runs ok (did a funride this weekend) but being 12 years old has a bit of wear and tear.
Some questions for those in the know please.
Will this thing KILL me?
Will it bankrupt me fixing/buying spares?
Are spares readily available?
What would a fair price be?
Items I have noticed that are wrong:
1 front shock is leaking
Spokes on front rim are loose
Front rim has been welded where it had cracked previously.
Smileys on both rims
Rear footbreak is very loose and I suspect the bearing/bush is worn.
