Looking for dead hydraulic camchain tensioners. A mate and I have developed a manually adjustable tensioner for these motors. Only thing is I need dead ones for the casings.
Selling price is eleven hundred bucks for the pair. If you give me a dead set, I will give you two hundred bucks off.
I will fit them for you for five hundred bucks, takes about an hour if the bike is not cooking hot. I don't guarantee no issues unless the bike has had a set of new camchains fitted within 5000 kms.
You can fit them yourself if you know your stuff. But I wouldn't recommend it. I have fitted them to six bikes successfully now and they work. No clatter on startup and my belief is that a noisy camchain is a wearing camchain. I believe they will prolong camchain life.
Sixty K kms is when a set of chains should be fitted.
