KTM 990 HELP NEEDED

I recently fitted a new PIRELLI SCORPION front tyre to my 990. Had it balanced and also no dings on my rim itself. Took in for a spin and noticed a bad wobble on the handlebars. Had it balanced again without any difference. Heard a story that a batch of these tires came into the country not moulded correctly?????
Anybody out there that has got the same problem???
PS: Even though I have a damper on I still feel the vibration.....
