KTM Going Chinese

Read recently that KTM is almost half owned by a Chinese manufacturer. They will soon be selling small capacity Chinese bikes (think Shineray) under the KTM brand.

Now I think that this really devalues the mark and as a KTM owner it bothers me. KTM is meant to be top dog, but seems that they are going to be absorbed and end up as a cheapo mass produced brand.

Any thoughts?
