I recently acquired a 640 with 26000km on the clock. Lovely little bike.
On the first ride after about 1km the rear brake seized up. I let it cool off & took it home. I bled the brakes & filled with 5.1dot brake fluid. Worked well for a while, but the problem is re-appearing not as serious this time but they are binding & when I stop the disc is so hot you hear it cooling off.
What remedies are there? Is this a 640 problem? Would it be the caliper or the brake line?
Too scared to go on a long trip.
