Ok the Ladies Weekend is almost upon us, so below is the final details:
DATE:
8 – 10 August 2009 (Sat – Mon)
MEETING TIME AND PLACE FOR SATURDAY, 8 AUGUST
Time: 12h00 noon to depart 12h30
Where: Heuningklip Sasol Cnr N14 and Hendrik Potgieter Road (Old Pinehaven Garage) S26 03.697 E27 49.885
VENUE:
Danielsrust Game Farm https://www.danielsrust.co.za/ (for the riding)
Ngomo Safari Lodge https://www.ngomolodge.co.za/ (for the accomodation)
ACCOMMODATION:
We have secured the Luxury Safari Camp – R200 pppn excl meals & drinks
MEALS:
The meals will be provided by the Lodge, see below for more details - and a cash bar will also be available – we have R1400 in the kitty for the bar - woohoo
Sat Dinner:
R130 = Garlic Mielies, 3 meats, 1 veggie, pap and gravy, potato bake and green salad with rolls and dessert
Sun Breakfast & Dinner:
R80 = Cereals, Yoghurt and Fresh Fruit, Bacon, Sausage, Mushrooms, Toast, Flapjacks, 2 eggs, Onions and Cheese and Tomato and unlimited Coffee, Tea and Juice
R110 = Starter like soup, Main 2 veggies, meat, starch. Dessert like Malva Pudding
For Sun lunch just bring snackies & water as we will be out in the veld most probably
Mon:
I haven’t organized breakfast as I’m not sure yet whether all the girls will be making their own way back or if we will stop somewhere on the road, but I’m sure we can decide once we there…
THE PLAN (so far):
Sat:
We will all get together at the above mentioned meeting point at 12h00 and ride from there.
We will then chill the afternoon and eve and the venue and get to know each other.
Sunday:
Will be play time and we will spend the day riding. Malibu will also be giving a technical demonstration for those ladies interested. We still deciding whether we will just ride around on the farm or if we will do an out ride for the ladies interested. Will decide then.
Monday:
Pack up when all ready, have breakfast and make our way home…
Anything additional you require you will need to bring along.
