I am in the market for a lathe with the mill

Was looking for the following

Single phase motor small lathe bed size between center max 1000mm
with screw cutting gearbox for treading and a movable milling machine

I am interested in the following machines any other suggestion welcome

Emco maximat  10p, 11 or v13
Emco Super 11

Price range R20 000.00

Something with a loose Milling machine
