Learner license in Cape Town

I posted a topic a while ago about the long waiting lists for getting an appointment for a learners license in Cape Town. My girlfriend is getting really fustrated with the situation and would like to get her learners ASAP. Can anybody please inform me of which centres outside Cape Town (say within 2 hr's drive) still accept people from Cape Town?
