LEARNER'S LICENCE - Please help!

Hi, my wife is writing her learner's licence later today and I'm looking for the rules of where you may or may not park, ie. 5m from an intersection and not across a car in a road less than 9m wide etc etc. Also, how far may any luggae protrude behind a motorcycle etc.

Anyone out there that can help, please?

Ps. She has the K53 books, but it's not in there...
