Hi All, my brother in law and I were discussing fitting a set of LED spotlights on his DR500. Problem is, it's a 6Volt system. It shouldn't be a problem seeing as even the most power hungry CREE LED uses 5Volt. Is there maybe a set out there that will work on 6Volt ready built? I know they usually say anything between 12 volt and 30 volt or so. Would like to keep the option of opening up a new set and "butchering" the internal spares like the regulator to work on 6Volt as a last resort.
