Lesotho ride. Advice for routs off the tarr please.

Done Lesotho a few times.
Due to take a bunch of buddies up again this December - annual pilgrimage  :thumleft:
There is so much tarring going on by the Chinese fellows that making sure you stay on jeep tracks or other, is becoming increasingly difficult 
Sani / Black mountain have been graded - not tarred yet
Semongkhong to Quachasneck is all N3 terrain now etc, etc.
I would really love some advice & GPS co-ords for some off road - jeep track,  XR / DR type riding.
Can anybody help please
