Licence Vehicle from deceased to a wife

Hi WD's
My dad passed away in November, and I need to transfer the car from his name to my mom as well as his trailer.
Has anyone been through this before and offer any advise. I know these people can make you run around on a wild goose chase at the best of times.  :dousing:
