Looking to go down to Durban in June to pick up a bike. Not in the mood to play the "where is my bike game" with a disinterested commercial transporter so i will do it myself.
Leave Saturday morning, return Sunday. Will decide on which week-end in due course taking into account the weather on-route, whether it is a truck burning week-end at Mooirivier, etc - may thus leave at relatively short notice.
If you have a bike you want me to take down and you are willing to share the fuel costs down (a V6 so it wont be cheap) let me know. Same day delivery in Durban, cheaper than what a transporter will charge you and at least i answer my phone. Insurance for your bike is your responsibility and you load and tie it down in the manner that you prefer.
If i get a lift for my bike before then, then the plan obviously changes.
