Has anyone tried to put a light bar on their bike?
I'm thinking of doing this to my GS; one light bar in the middle below the headlight, instead of the normal small round light on either side of the bike set-up.

has anyone had any experience with this who can answer the following questions:
1. will a 24w light bar overload the bike electrics when connected in parallel to the existing high-beam?
2. are light bars illegal? I seem to recall hearing this somewhere.
3. how much light does a bar offer vs two small spots with one LED per spot?
