I hava da iPod and I used to listen to mu while I was gooing. However, Kat once convinced me not to listen while I ride and I didn't for a while (he went on about chain failure and tubed tyres and safety etc.).

I again started listening. Do you listen? What do you listen to? How is it rigged, I mean in ear, in helmet, remote?
