Looking for Campsites - southern Zambia and Northern Moz

Hi, Am doing a trip  next month - Cape Town - Namibia - Caprivi - Livingstone - Malawi - Mozambique - Cape Town. 
Are there any decent campsites between Lusaka and Malawi, and also between Tete and Beira?
