Hi Dogs

It has been a while since I posted

I bought a 2012 GS1200 on the 20th of June
prepared it, got temporary insurance and all that was needed to go to Maputo

Slept in Nelspruit the 29th of June and left for Maputo on the 30th.

Because of bad planning I retured to Nelspruit and sleot over 30th

The morning of the 1st I left for LTT( home)

At about 10h00 just outside Orichstad I was hit by a car
-trying to avoid a pothole-

I woke up  on the 19th of June and sobered out by the
middle of August.

I rode my F800gs to the tollgate (35Km) between LTT and Pietersburg
on the 1st of November. MY first time on a Two wheeler

I am fortunate. I own a Ural Sidecar and use it iven.
I haven't driven a car since April 2008

I have lost the usage of my right eye, serious memory loss,left foot shot,
sore wrists,elbows and what not

I am alive and well and enjoying life

Thanks for everybody that supported me and my family
I it wasn't for the oke from the Western Cape
The Police would have left me for dead on the side of the road
(They did for a while)
