Low Speed Vibrations - F800gs new tyres

Just replaced both tyres on the F800GS, they were on the Mitas E07's but replaced them with the Heidi Scouts. There is a crazy vibration at low speeds (around 30kph) - like running over dirt corrugations but im on tar. One of the reasons I bought the F800GS was because I loved the smooth engine and the lack of vibrations of the twin.

Is this shaking just running in the new tyres, or is something wrong?
