Luggage rack/plate bolt torque?

Does anyone know the torque spec for the 4 bolts that holds down the luggage rack at the back on the 800GS?

(Got a Motorradical luggage plate for xmas and need to fit it - https://www.motorradical.co.za/products/a090120)
