Spoke to a mate of mine who is doing this sail race on Lake Malawi next year around June. He proposed that since he is towing up his boat, why don't we take the bikes up and make a journey of it...
mmmm...started thinking...4 days to get up there. About 2100 Km up to the lake via Moz, Tanzania and then Malawi...(he's done the trip before)...
Spend 10 days on a yacht drinking beer and doing some dives. Then do the 4 days back on the scooters.
Might shorten the trip to only spend 4 days on the lake, as this will entail 18 days leave if we do the full trip... Might be nuts, but skiem this can be a cool trip....
