MNW system 6 vs UVEX carbon kevlar helmet

Hi,

I am very unsure how to spend 6 grand wisely, as the BMW helmet speaks for itself, but I am quite impressed  with the reading on the UVEX helmet. As the future holds hot weather and dust (e.g. namibie), I am not sure if the benefit of buying a pack of smokes without removing your helmet outweighs the benefit of having a goggles option. Further than that, I wonder if the Uvex is a road friendly option if you have to do 200km on the tar?

Any experienced thoughts on this?
