TornadoF5, his wife and brave Morgan-Belle are likely heading home on Tuesday 26 June, departing from CPT at 11.50 on flight SA1811.

Obviously there's an awful lot of logistics involved in transporting Morgie to the airport and getting checked in...

I foresee a few alternatives;
* (Mass) ride accompanying them from Red Cross hospital to airport
* Lining the airport approach road on their route as show of support
* Meeting them at check-in for brief show of support (too many too long will probably a bit stressful)

Hopefully TornadoF5 can give us a better idea of their logistics closer to the time so we can work something out.

For now - show of hands please!

Edit (22 Jun @ 15:00):

Change of plans!! Only a minor adjustment...

Meet at RXH for 08:30 on Tuesday 26 June.
Bring a toy with - fluffy, but also bear in mind that there are young lads that come through the wards as well.
Do a quick round through the ward (if possible).
Be ready to leave for 09:00. This might be delayed, but we want to be ready without causing delays.
Convoy Morgan-Belle's transport to the airport.
Wave goodbye as well we can, without intruding on her care or any other logistics around getting her ready for flying.

Note: All of this is totally subject to changes in timing; most definitely subject to Morgie's condition on the day; and only so far as she and her family is comfortable having a horde of bikers around.

Final travel details from the hospital are still being finalised, hence building in a buffer. If we get extra time at the RXH before leaving, bonus. Just want to avoid getting into an unnecessary rush and adding to the stress of the morning.

Open to further ideas.

TornadoF5 - Morgie and your families comfort is of primary concern. Please let us know if anything becomes OTT.
