Partner is looking at buying property in Mosselbay , and one area she is keen on is Island view , in a new development called Mussel creek . She has had conflicting comments re the p[lace , from contractors running away with investors money to underground rivers and springs . Some say there is a major damp problem , others say its not true . The development is on a slope , and part of the house is built on pillars .
I have little info , but if you can share insight it will be highly appreciated .
On a previous trip there we stayed in DE NOVA ,and I found that there was little dew and salt mist on my car . Over the weekend she visited some new friends , and was shocked at the amount of salt dew on her car , not sure where the visit was , again best place not to have this salt mist at night , or is this time of year and whether dependant ?
