Any one out there know the legal ramifications of riding in the yellow "motor cycle lane", the one that the Metro cops pronounce "emergency". Good or bad thing, should or should not, do you? whats your opinion.
I feel that there should be something about it in the constitution under maybe, "the right to safe passage, the right to arrive alive or some or other one of our many rights. Said TIC (tongue in cheek)
