Im looking to move into a complex and recieved the rules and regs today.
"Vehicles, including motor cycles which create excesive noise are prohibited"
I understand why this rule is in place, but who defines excesive noise? More than 85dB?
More than 90dB?
I mean, if you own a harley (No, I dont and never will) Or something like that then what? You have to sell the bike or push it to the gate every time you want to ride?
Is this rule legal?
