Moulding of body panels

Does anybody know if there is someone in the Cape Town /  Strand area who can build me a body panel from a template, using fibre glass & resin? Buying a new side panel for my bike is simply too expensive and 2nd hand KLE body parts are very scarce.
Plastic welding is not the answer here, the thing is completely destroyed...
