Mozambique - Advice

Hi WD's, with an Ozzy passport, what is the procedure to get a visa (multiple entry) for Mozambique, can I get it at the border, and does going through Swaziland make it any easier? And then have any of you guys (or gals) done the trip from Chimoio to Tete recently, if so how was the road and what is the fuel supply like along there, and is there anywhere to camp over?
