Kawasaki KLR 650
Good day.
I own a 2012 Kawasaki KLR 650 with a lot of bells and whistles, only need to do the suspension upgrade. But from the beginning i struggled with the weight. A simple task like doing a reverse u-turn against a slight incline in a huge problem. Is there other lightweight adventure bikes that will have less of this problem? I've looked at the DR650 and XR650 and they are lighter but has a small tank, no wind protection and narrow seat. I've even looked at the DRZ400 witch gives almost the same power as the KLR650 but with 60kg less.
I dont know...I understand that they are heavy for a reason because of the reinforcements to be able to carry 2 people an gear, but being man handled is not leka
