Must there be an E-tag on a bike in order to qualify for discount?

Dear Dogs,

Quick question, if your bike is registered for E-toll with a tag allocated to it - do you have to fit the tag in order to receive the discount in question or would the registration per se suffice seeing that I'm not intending to stick the allocated tag onto me boney.  :3some:

Please try to avoid any negative comments regarding how shit the system is (which we all know it is) given that I don't foot the bill for the said costs.  ot: :ricky:
