My HP2 died and then rose from the dead again. How come?

I went down to Ottery to buy some stuff and on way back the bike just died. The LCD display was dead. Fokkol.

Freed to the side of road. Turned ignition on and off, on and off. Nada. Niks.

Wondered if it's ring antenna/key fing or battery. Just as I took of seat the LCD came alive again. Turned starter and Va-va-voom! No problems since.

What kind? The battery did go flat last week. Recharged with trickle charger everything checks out. Plus, how can a battery make and engine start and then everything dies one km later?

Loose connection somewhere? Trip odo and watch has zeroed themselves as if battery was disconnected. Ga-ga stuff on connections wif battery?
