I copied this from my main thread in case youse okes are interested:-

Woke up early and hit the road, um, dirt, um... mud.. with my Cuz on his KDX200 and his lightie on a quad..

The bike went like a beast and gathered a respectable amount of mud, proving conclusively that we are not posers..

Then after an extended session back at home with the power washer I settled down to fit an oil cooler to the bike.
Puzzling what to do with the hoses..

Finally got the hoses routed and clamped. It was very difficult as the steel oil line on the XR was significantly thicker than the hose. Just enough to make fitting the hose a PITA. I ended up taking my battery drill and boring the inside of the hose to size..  :dousing:

The hose from the engine had to be secured by an "alternative" method.

The oil cooler comes off a BigBoy Flame 125(?). The hoses come with these coiled springs. Handy for keeping the pipes off hot engine parts.
