First time poster
I've always wanted to visit Namibia and my New Year's resolution is to do just that in the middle of 2012. The places I would like to visit are Windhoek, Luderitz and Swakopmund. I'll be coming from Jo'burg and I'm hoping to be able to take a route that takes me through Botswana on the way there and via Upington on the way back. Rough estimate says 4000km.
I'm currently riding a Harley Davidson Dyna Street-Bob and I'm hoping that some of you might be able to advise me if my planned trip is feasible on a cruiser bike?
